We took a surf lesson with Surf Master Hydro (pronounced hee-droh) at La Punta. We both kicked
ass, and caught tons of waves, but both of us got some minor injuries. Bob
scraped his back on a rock and I got a bruised shin from my surfboard fin. I
made breakfast burritos for us, and they were delicious! Spanish class 12pm-4pm.
After class, we hung out on the beach by Victor’s for a couple hours. We went
horseback riding on the beach at sunset with Senior Salvador.
Then we go out to
Los Tios again with a bunch of the other people who are also taking Spanish lessons.
Penny and Jill are ESL teachers from Colorado, Paul and ESL teacher from
Atlanta, and Ellen a teacher from Texas, Ellen’s two kids Zack and Ben, and her
husband, also named Bob.
